Is the optimal solution for supplying heat for single-family homes to larger buildings in the residential and public sector (e.g. agricultural buildings, schools, multi-story residential buildings, commercial buildings, etc.) as well as for district heating networks. The KWB Multifire system is characterised by flexible use of fuel. G30 wood chips as well as 6 mm/ 8 mm wood pellets and 11 mm industrial pellets are suitable for use. Fuel use depends on the fuel extractor. Installation examples >> Installation dimensions >>

 | KWB Heat exchangers with turbulators The development of new turbulators improves our established cleaning technology. These turbulators ensure optimum heat exchange due to improved cleaning efficiency and a drop in flow loss. The result is a constantly high degree of both operating and economic efficiency for the customer. | | KWB ash removal system Two ash worms transport the ash fully automatically from the firebox to the built-on ash container. Here the ash is compressed, which makes for even easier use as this way the ash container only has to be emptied every 2 to 12 weeks. Ash filling-level monitoring prevents the ash in the container from overflowing and keeps the boiler room tidy.
| | KWB combustion technology Learning from successful systems ? with this in mind the ingenious and prize-winning regulation concept of the KWB Powerfire series has now also been newly implemented in the KWB Multifire. The lambda control system in combination with negative-pressure regulation guarantees optimum combustion conditions and lowest emissions.
| | KWB safety system Our 3-step safety concept consists of a fuel recognition sensor on the burn pot, an emergency fire extinguisher in the underfeed stoking channel and a gas-tight fire shutter on the delivery end. The fire shutter also works during emergencies, such as e.g. during a power cut ? thus providing optimum safety.
| | KWB worm conveyor Long service life and high wear resistance of the worm conveyor due to stainless steel spirals in the feed area. There is no overflowing of the worm trough or bouying up of the worm due to progressively ascending worm spirals and an optimised trough shape. A double-sealed and maintenance free heavy-duty gear system provides additional safety.
| | KWB hopper The hopper with its elegant and stable design is only available from KWB. A light-barrier system in the container controls the filling level fully automatically. The hopper increases the service life of the fuel extractor and minimizes electricity costs since the conveyor system operates less often. |
